How to reach us
Call or text (540) 628-5274 and ask for Majid, or fill in the quote form on this page. Either one reaches the same person, and a message left during a job gets answered the same day.
What to have ready
Five things make the first call useful:
- How many rooms, and roughly how big the largest one is.
- Whether there are stairs, and how many steps.
- The fiber, if you happen to know it. Nylon, polyester, wool, or no idea is a perfectly good answer.
- Pets, and whether there have been accidents.
- Any spot you have already tried to treat, and what you used on it. This matters more than people expect, because some store bought products leave residue that pulls soil straight back.
After you send the form
You get a call back to talk through what you described, and a time for a walkthrough. The walkthrough is free, takes about fifteen minutes, and carries no obligation. Majid identifies the fiber, checks the backing and the seams, looks at the doorways and the turns for worn yarn tips, tests a hidden spot for dye movement, and asks what has already been used on the marks you want gone. He looks at access in the same visit: where the truck can park, how far the hose has to run, and whether a gate code, an elevator, or a tight stairwell changes the shape of the day.
At the end of it the scope is agreed out loud, and anything that will not come out is pointed out first. Nothing gets cleaned until you are happy with the plan.
Where we work
Northern Virginia. In Fairfax County that is McLean, Tysons, Great Falls, and Herndon. In Loudoun County, Ashburn, Sterling, Leesburg, and Purcellville. In western Prince William County, Haymarket and Gainesville.
Most calls are carpet cleaning, and plenty of them turn into rug cleaning once we are in the house.
Monday to Saturday, 8 to 6. You get a person, not a queue.

Before you call
What is the fastest way to get on the schedule?
Text the number with the room count, the stairs, and whether there are pets. That is enough to offer you a walkthrough slot the same day. The form does the same job with a little more room to describe the problem. Either way the scope is settled once someone is standing on the carpet, because condition and access change what a job takes.
Can you tell me over the phone whether a stain will come out?
Rarely, and not with any confidence. A photo flattens color and hides whether the yarn tips are worn or the backing has been burned. Describe it and you will get the likely category: soil, dye, or damage. The reliable answer comes when someone is standing over it with a light and can test a fiber in a hidden spot first.
How soon can you come out?
It depends on the week. Because this is owner operated there is one schedule, not a fleet, so calling a few days ahead helps, especially before holidays and around move out dates. If you have a hard deadline such as a lease turnover or a party, say the date on the first call and it gets worked around.
Do I need to be home?
For the walkthrough, yes, or at least someone who can make decisions about the job. For the cleaning itself many customers stay and many do not. If you plan to be out, leave instructions about pets, alarm codes, and which rooms are in scope, and expect a call at the end plus a follow up once things are dry.
What if I already tried to clean the spot myself?
Say so and name the product. It is not a scolding, it is useful information. Some store bought spotters leave a sticky residue that pulls soil back within days, and some set a stain permanently. Knowing what went down changes the pre treatment and sometimes changes what can honestly be promised about the result.
What should I do about pets on the day?
Keep them out of the work area, ideally behind a closed door or with a neighbor for a few hours. Hose lines run through a propped open door, the truck is loud at the curb, and damp carpet is not a good place for paws. Tell us about accidents ahead of time so the urine treatment is planned rather than discovered halfway through the room.
What if I am just outside the service area?
Call and ask. The listed towns across Fairfax, Loudoun, and western Prince William County are where most of the work happens, but a nearby address may still work depending on the day and the size of the job. You will get a straight yes or no rather than a maybe that wastes your week.
How do I reschedule?
Call or text the same number as early as you can. There is one schedule and one truck, so early notice usually means the slot can go to someone else and yours can be moved without a long wait. Rain does not cancel anything, since the work is indoors. If you have a hard deadline such as a lease turnover, repeat it when you rebook.
Fifteen minutes and you will know the number
Walkthroughs are free and take about fifteen minutes. We agree the scope together and point out anything that will not come out before a hose comes off the truck. Over a decade in Northern Virginia and that has not changed.
